The chase AI is better than it was pre-V1.0, but is still pretty rough around the edges.You'll need to start with the "Planning" scenario. The scenarios are not currently a full campaign, so you'll have to select them individually.
For those that don't want music, I'll upload a separate version under the discussion tab in the near future. You're not crazy, the scenarios do have music.This one revolves around stealing from the Maple Leaf Credit Union in East Coast's Firwood. Cops and Robbers is a functional proof-of-concept for scenarios and campaigns portraying the planning and execution of various bank heists.
